Business Administration Degrees

Marian University’s bachelor’s and associate in business administration programs are perfect for working adults looking to earn their degree. We are committed to helping students balance classes around work and family commitments, so we designed both degree tracks to be completely online. With frequent start dates, you can begin earning your degree soon after being accepted. Our online classes last just five to eight weeks and ​with 12 start dates per year, so you can pick the pace that works with your busy schedule.

Marian's Adult Programs (MAP) helps students develop communication, analytical, and leadership skills as they earn their degree through our interactive curriculum. Concentrations and courses

As part of our bachelor’s degree program, Marian’s business administration students will earn a minor in psychology and may choose up to three concentrations: management, human resources management, and project management.

Students learn foundational skills for business administration including accounting, marketing, management, and business policy and strategy. Later in the program, they take a more specialized approach with classes that match their concentration. These courses include international business, global marketing, talent management, real estate, web applications development, and project planning and control.

  • Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior
  • Evaluate performance of a typical business activity using accounting information
  • Determine levels of rhetorical awareness and describe the importance of each within writing, including audience, purpose, tone, language and word choice
  • Connect economic concepts from the context of real-world application
  • Reference common project documents and develop and create reports for project communication
  • Implement a project from start to finish, with an emphasis on project closure
  • Specify key legal and Constitutional aspects impacting business in the United States
  • Formulate and evaluate a personal ethical decision-making framework as it applies to business decision-making
